The JX-VL18U series Folding arm loader model is a 1/14 scale metal simulation hydraulic remote control model. This loader model is based on JOAB's Skiploader VL18U (Folding arm loading and unloading 18-ton lifting and stretching cargo board), a product developed deeply by JXmodel team. The function and appearance details have a high degree of reduction. [Upper-loading Function Introduction]

The hydraulic loader is driven by the high-performance oil pump mounted in the chassis toolbox through a four-way servo valve to drive the two Folding arms of the loader to achieve parabolic lifting and loading and unloading. The third drive drives the hydraulic support legs at the tail to achieve stable support during loading and unloading, and the fourth cylinder is hidden in the truck chassis, extending the cargo board backward through the hydraulic cylinder, increasing the total cargo space and allowing for more goods to be loaded or carrying JX's subsequent small-sized container to achieve the hidden skill of carrying two buckets of goods on one truck.

[The container Function]

The conical design allows for longitudinal stacking of hoppers. The Folding arm lifting and the cargo board's tail discharge hook limit the function of container tipping and dumping. The front end of the container has a couple doors and lock design, which can open and close the door, simulating the effect of entering the stack for dumping and cleaning the material.

【Introduction to Chassis Configuration】

The chassis of the two loading vehicles are basically the same, with slight differences in the head beam support and platform board fixing brackets matched with the tractor head. The F2000 metal shell configuration features an aluminum low roof. In addition, the 3363 model has been upgraded in terms of chassis mounting components for the exhaust and air tanks, and urea tank assembly for the Mercedes-Benz truck in addition to the difference in the shell.

This model is equipped with a two-speed gearbox as the power system and uses a 6X4 drive mode with rear two-axle drive. The first axle is equipped with a non-powered steel plate suspension, and the second and third axles are equipped with a power-penetrating bridge and rear power bridge with Folding suspension. The front wheel steering system and differential lock system are factory-fitted with a servo. A horn-shaped towing hook is also pre-installed at the tail beam position for easy expansion of towing.
