How long does it take for me to receive my order?
All orders are shipped with FEDEX Express or UPS within 24 hours and most packages arrive within 3-7 business days. In rare cases, FEDEX Express or UPS loses a package and it takes up to 10 days to deliver. When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.
How do I receive customer support?

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible before the shipment is sent. Unfortunately, we cannot give you a refund if it is no longer possible to change the address because the order has already been sent.
Will my items come in one package?
We try our best to ship all in one time, it my happen that you get two shipments when products are not instock. When possible, items from multiple orders will be combined into the same package.
Can I order spare parts
Yes you can order some spare parts, contact us about the parts you need and we let you know what is possible.
Service, broke item or electronic
Unfortunately it can happen that your product is broke or does not function the way it should. In that case contact us and send us the pictures of the part that is broken. We will eater send you a replacement or ask you to ship the product to our service department where we will fix the problem.
